SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are available daily (exceptTuesdays) in the convenience of your home, hotel or at our spa in Palm
Springs. All services are scheduled by appointment only. We recommend scheduling special occasions well in
advance. Your name, telephone number and credit card information will hold your appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect to end up feeling wonderful: your body, skin and soul will have been nurtured!
CANCELLATIONS
Because your spa services are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you call us by 4 pm the day prior
to your scheduled service if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations without this notice are charged
full value. Service may be refused or terminated early, without a refund, for any use of inappropriate
language or actions.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, U.S. checks, debit cards and Visa & Mastercard.
A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned checks.
Gratuity will be gracefully accepted.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Earn a free Signature Facial at our spa for every 5 first-time individual local clients you refer to European
Experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- At our Spa: We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so
you have a few moments to unwind. Starting your appointment on time allows
you to receive the full benefit of your complete, unhurried service. - At your Location: The therapist will arrive about 15 minutes prior to the start
of your appointment to prepare your temporary spa. It is recommended that
you select a location that is quiet and has access to electricity & hot water.
